5. Attorney-Client Relationship

An attorney-client relationship is not established by:

A formal attorney-client relationship is established only when:

  • Any required advance fees have been paid

6. Client Responsibilities

7. Fees and Payment Terms

12. Termination

12.1 By Client

You may terminate our representation at any time by providing written notice. You remain responsible for fees incurred and costs advanced through the termination date.

12.2 By Firm

We may withdraw from representation with appropriate notice as permitted by professional conduct rules, including when:

  • Fees remain unpaid despite reasonable notice
  • You fail to cooperate or follow our reasonable requests
  • Continuing representation would violate professional rules
  • The attorney-client relationship has broken down

12.3 Effects of Termination

Upon termination:

  • You must pay all outstanding fees and costs
  • We will provide your file materials upon request (after fees are paid)
  • Confidentiality obligations continue
  • Our duties to you cease except as required by professional rules

13. Dispute Resolution

13.1 Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with Thai law.

13.2 Jurisdiction

You agree that Thai courts have jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these terms or our services. Venue for any legal proceedings shall be in Bangkok, Thailand.

14. General Provisions

Our failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision or our right to enforce it in the future.

14.4 Assignment
